  • Home staging typically provides a 586% return on investment according to a recent survey of over 2,000 Realtors.

It's time get your house ready for the market!

  • I creatively highlighting the character and the unique, attractive features of your house.

  • I de-emphasize or neutralize some of the personal design choices that may not appeal to potential buyers. After all, we are trying to appeal to as many buyers as possible. Those purple walls in the den may not do the trick.

  • I then de-clutter those "lived in" spaces so that buyers can see see beyond what it is, to what it could be.

  • Sometimes we even bring in some swanky furniture, decorations, and accessories to add some "zing" to the space.
